Returns

If there is a change of heart with your purchase, we will happily provide a store credit for the same amount as the initial order. The piece must be unworn with original packaging. The item(s) also must not have been purchased in a sale and earrings are unable to be returned due to hygiene reasons.

Faulty Items

In the unlikelihood of an item being faulty, we will provide a full refund to the same account the piece was purchased from. To do this you must:

• Wait for confirmation that your claim has been approved.
